#iPGN: 10minutes Fitness Exercise To Do In The Morning

  1. Jumping Jacks: 60 Reps
  2. Bicycle Crunches: 45secs

  3. Burpees: 20 Reps

  4. Ab Planks: 1 Min.

  5. Side Plank Raises: 20 Reps Each Side

  6. Mountain Climber: 30secs

7.  Ab V Ups: 15 reps

No gym or equipment required other than a carpet/towel/exercise mat!

If you’re unable to complete an exercise in full, do for as long/as many reps as possible.
